Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Wrong items from what you ordered, broken items & not received items are returnable/refundable. If you've ordered the product to the wrong address we can't do a refund. Please double check your shipping information.

Please contact us within 48 hours from receiving the item if it's broken, wrong color, wrong product or if you are otherwise unhappy. Items that are used are not refundable.

Cancelling your order!

We offer our customers great flexibility; all orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you paid for your order and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you will need to contact us within 12 hours of payment time. Once the product has been packaged and ready to ship, order cannot be cancelled.


We do our best to meet your expectations, and if for any reason you were not satisfied with our product we will be happy to issue a full refund, no questions asked.

You can ask for refund or reshipment in the following cases:

  • The product was not delivered within 45 days (plus 2-5 days processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment. Delays from local customs are out of our guarantee, and will be treated on case by case basis.
  • If you received the wrong item.
  • Change of mind: If you do not want the product you’ve ordered you can ask for a refund; item must be returned at your expense in its original packaging and unused.
